The disposal of information that is no longer required for such purposes will be carried out in accordance with legal and organisational requirements. We do not collect any personal information on visitors to this website. We do not use "cookies" or other technology to track visits, aside from logging the following for statistical purposes: • the number of page hits • the number of unique sessions as identified by server address and top-level domain name (e.g. .com, .gov, .org, etc.) • the pages accessed or downloaded by session • the type of browser being used The Ordo Equester Aurei Cervi (Inc.) [Equestrian Order of the Golden Hart] will not attempt to identify visitors or their browsing activity. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation our hosting logs may be inspected by a law enforcement agency or other government agency exercising legal authority. Email Addresses We strive to be efficient with the funds that have been entrusted to us. Because email can be sent at a very low cost in comparison to surface mail, we have been asking our supporters to supply their email address if they prefer or do not object to being contacted in this way. You can remove your name from our email list at any time, as we do not wish to be guilty of spamming or offending our supporters.
